Hospitalist Physician – Northeast Arkansas

A well-established, thriving hospitalist program at a respected medical center in Northeast Arkansas is seeking a Board Certified or Board Eligible Hospitalist Physician to join its patient-centered, evidence-based inpatient team.

This is a hospital-employed opportunity offering long-term stability, built around a 7 on/7 off block schedule (15 shifts per month). The program is growing and features strong physician satisfaction, a closed ICU model, and a broad scope of inpatient care including ED unassigned patient coverage, primary care referral coverage, surgical co-management, observation unit coverage, and preoperative evaluations — all backed by a comprehensive network of specialists and strong administrative and physician leadership.

Compensation includes a very competitive base salary with strong bonus potential, along with a comprehensive benefits package featuring medical, dental, and disability coverage, a CME allowance with paid expenses, malpractice coverage, a retirement plan/pension, relocation assistance, and a sign-on bonus and/or student loan repayment.
