PHOENIX, ARIZONA – GASTROENTEROLGIST OPENING

A well-established gastroenterology practice in the Phoenix, Arizona market is seeking an Outpatient GI Physician to join a growing and dynamic group. Physicians enjoy a collaborative culture with shared call coverage at Banner Ironwood Medical Center and meaningful involvement in research opportunities as a Principal Investigator.

Compensation is among the most competitive in the specialty, with a base salary of $550,000 for General GI and $650,000 for Advanced GI, plus a productivity model that rewards performance once a collections threshold is met. Additional financial upside includes equity interest in the group, ancillary revenue sharing through the practice's pathology lab, a long-term incentive structure for physicians who commit to the practice, and a percentage of research collections — creating multiple income streams well beyond a traditional employed model.
