Responsibilities

• Oversee and optimize daily business operations across all departments and locations

• Implement process improvements to enhance efficiency, quality, and consistency across projects

• Manage companywide P&L, ensuring strong financial performance and strategic growth toward revenue goals of $50M+

• Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs), budgets, and operational costs to identify improvement opportunities

• Build and lead a strong, accountable management team and operations department

• Mentor department heads, foster high performance, and promote a collaborative company culture

• Grow technical skills and knowledge base across applicators and operations teams

• Strengthen relationships with existing licensees in North America, Australia, and China, while pursuing new licensing and strategic partnerships

• Drive geographic and service expansion through market research, partnerships, and business development

• Stay informed on trends in architectural coatings, concrete finishing, sustainability, and construction innovation

• Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and performance standards across all business units

Qualifications

• 10+ years of executive or senior operational leadership, preferably in coatings, construction, or related manufacturing industries

• Strong understanding of construction contracts and project management principles

• Proven success scaling multi-location service or construction businesses

• Financial acumen and experience managing full P&L responsibilities

• Demonstrated ability to build and develop both management and labor teams
