What You’ll Do

• Provide comprehensive primary care in an outpatient setting

• Manage your own patient panel with clinical independence

• Conduct patient assessments, diagnosis, and treatment planning

• Educate patients and families on preventive care and health management

• Collaborate with physicians and clinical staff to deliver high-quality care

• Help improve patient outcomes and care processes

Compensation & Benefits

• Salary: $98,000 – $143,000

Qualifications

• Active New York RN license and Nurse Practitioner certification

• Graduate of an accredited Nurse Practitioner program

• Current CPR certification (ACLS/BLS preferred)

• Strong communication and clinical skills

• Passion for patient-centered care
