We are growing and looking for an experienced Finish Carpenter who takes pride in precision work and understands that the final details define the project.

POSITION OVERVIEW

The General Laborer role assists HVAC Technicians and Pipefitters with material handling, jobsite preparation, basic installation tasks, and cleanup. This is an entry-level opportunity for someone who wants to learn mechanical trade and grow into a skilled position over time.

The ideal candidate is dependable, physically capable, safety-conscious, and eager to learn.

This position reports to the Mechanical Foreman or Superintendent.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

·         Assist HVAC Technicians and Pipefitters with installation tasks

·         Transport materials, tools, and equipment throughout the jobsite

·         Cut and prep pipe and duct materials under supervision

·         Help install hangers, supports, and brackets

·         Assist with equipment setting and basic assembly

·         Clean and organize work areas daily

·         Remove debris and maintain safe working conditions

·         Load and unload materials from trucks

·         Follow instructions from lead technicians and foremen

·         Adhere to OSHA safety standards and company safety protocol

QUALIFICATIONS

·         1+ year of construction or general labor experience (Preferred)

·         Experience in assisting in HVAC, Plumbing, or Mechanical trades (Preferred)

·         OSHA 10 Certification (Preferred)

·         Forklift or Aerial Lift Certification

·         Ability to lift 50+ lbs consistently

·         Ability to work in outdoor and indoor jobsite environments

·         Basic familiarity with hand and power tools

·         Strong work ethic and willingness to learn

·         Reliable transportation
