Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced and highly organized Alternative Dispute Resolution Paralegal for a full-time, hybrid position in Dallas, Texas. This individual will support clients and the administration of arbitration and mediation matters while managing cases from inception through final resolution and closing.
The ideal candidate has strong case management, paralegal, litigation support, or legal administrative experience and is comfortable working in a fast-paced professional environment with significant client interaction. Key Responsibilities

Manage arbitration and mediation cases from opening through final resolution and closing

Serve as a primary point of contact for clients, attorneys, arbitrators, mediators, judges, and other parties

Coordinate and schedule hearings, conferences, mediations, and other case-related events

Maintain accurate case files, calendars, deadlines, and case activity records

Prepare, organize, and distribute case-related documents, correspondence, and hearing materials

Track case milestones and ensure timely communication and follow-up with all parties

Support arbitrators, mediators, and judges with scheduling, materials, and administrative coordination throughout the life of each case

Respond to inquiries professionally and provide a consistently high level of client service

Follow internal procedures, case management protocols, and administrative requirements

Complete final case-closing activities and administrative wrap-up after matters are resolved
Required Qualifications

Four or more years of experience in paralegal work, case management, legal support, litigation support, or ADR administration

Experience managing legal matters from inception through closing or resolution

Strong organizational and time-management skills

Ability to manage multiple active matters, priorities, and deadlines simultaneously

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work directly with clients and external stakeholders

High attention to detail and dependable follow-through

Proficiency with Microsoft Office and case management or database systems

Ability to work a hybrid schedule in Dallas, Texas
Preferred Qualifications

Prior experience in arbitration, mediation, alternative dispute resolution, legal services, or litigation support

Experience supporting complex matters involving multiple parties and competing deadlines

Experience communicating with attorneys, judges, senior professionals, or high-level clients
