TITLE: REGIONAL BUSINESS DIRECTOR

• Bachelor’s degree – four-year degree from accredited reputable institution    

• Start-up company experience selling game changing technology    

• A minimum of 5 years of experience with sales management   

• High level of technical/clinical product knowledge    

• Ability to manage multiple tasks    

• Strong organizational and communication skills    

• Must have proven track record of participation leading/teaching at organizational meetings.

Territory:  West (Southern California)

COMPENSATION:

160K BASE, 185-210K in variable, total comp 345-370K, RSU’s at sign on, car allowance, full

expenses, medical/dental, 401K matching, career progression opportunities

INTERVIEW PROCESS:     

1.       Interview with Hiring Director 

2.       Interview with other sales managers 

3.       Face to Face interview with Director and potentially VP of Sales 

4.    Final interview with CCO
