Chief Underwriting Officer

This well established, A rated E&S carrier is looking for an experienced Chief UW Officer to lead and oversee underwriting strategy, portfolio management, underwriting governance, and risk oversight, across multiple business units. 

Qualified candidates are required to have at least 15 years of commercial underwriting experience with commercial E&S experience preferred.

Candidates should have solid management/leadership experience and have the ability to work closely with various departments to enhance underwriting efficiency and profitable results.

This position can be remote or hybrid, depending on candidate’s proximity to office locations.

States considered for this position are AZ, CT, GA, IL, NJ, or NC.

Annual base salary range for this opportunity is $400K - $500K.
