A rated, specialty E&S carrier has immediate opportunities for experienced commercial Excess Casualty Underwriters in their Chicago office.

Those with a minimum of 7 years with both Primary and Excess Casualty underwriting experience as well as E&S carrier experience, are preferred.

The Sr. Underwriter will analyze and underwrite complex commercial casualty accounts while managing a profitable book of business.

They will partner closely with retail and wholesale brokers in their assigned territories, with required travel to those partners through the year. 

Company offers excellent benefits and base salary of $100k - $200k.
