Sr. VP – Head of Inland Marine

This well established, specialty insurance carrier is seeking a Senior Vice President & Head of Inland Marine to lead and expand its national Inland Marine underwriting platform.

This is a high-impact executive role responsible for driving profitable growth, leading a team of skilled underwriters, and shaping the strategic direction of a well-established Inland Marine portfolio.

This leader will oversee a team of approximately 10 underwriters and 6 underwriting  assistants, guiding underwriting strategy, portfolio management, and producer relationships across the country.

Qualified candidates must have a minimum of 10 years of technical underwriting expertise in Inland Marine coverages experience. 

Those coming from commercial E&S carriers, are preferred.

Candidates should have solid management/leadership experience and the ability to work closely with various departments to enhance underwriting efficiency and profitable results.

This position can be remote or hybrid, depending on candidate’s proximity to office locations.

States considered for this position are AZ, CT, GA, IL, NJ, or NC.

Annual base salary range for this opportunity is $250K - $350K.
