Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Construction Project Manager to oversee and coordinate construction projects from conception to completion. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years of experience in managing construction projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within scope, and budget.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan, schedule, and coordinate all phases of the construction process.
• Ensure projects are executed in compliance with safety regulations and quality standards.
• Communicate effectively with stakeholders, including clients, architects, engineers, and subcontractors.
• Analyze, manage, and mitigate risks associated with construction projects.
• Prepare and negotiate cost estimates, budgets, and work timetables.
• Monitor progress and provide reports on project status to the stakeholders.
• Resolve any issues or conflicts that arise during construction.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field preferred.
• A minimum of 5 years of experience in construction project management.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Strong knowledge of construction processes, materials, and legal regulations.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
• Proficiency in construction management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Ability to work under pressure and within tight deadlines.
