Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years of licensed experience in audiology.
- Master’s Degree in Audiology required; PhD strongly preferred.
- Current Audiology License from the Pennsylvania State Licensing Board is mandatory.
- Certificate of Clinical Competence in Audiology (CCC-A) from ASHA or Board Certification from the American Board of Audiology is required upon hire.
Preferred Experience
- Experience in a pediatric medical-based setting is preferred but not required.

Work Schedule
This is a full-time role, Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM, with responsibilities across multiple locations. Alternative schedules and part-time hours may be considered on a case-by-case basis, excluding 4x10 shifts.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive audiological assessments for children using diagnostic tests, adhering to departmental and regulatory guidelines.
- Interpret and communicate test results effectively to patients, families, and healthcare providers.
- Collaborate with physicians in diagnosing and treating auditory disorders.
- Counsel patients and their families on hearing loss, rehabilitation options, and educational services.
- Ensure smooth care transitions and proper follow-up scheduling with managing audiologists.
- Maintain productivity and fiscal responsibility in service provision.
- Stay updated with department policies and procedures, incorporating research into practice.
