A top-10 AmLaw international law firm is seeking a Senior Attorney to join their dynamic Litigation Practice Group. This is an exciting opportunity for a driven litigator to work on sophisticated disputes while learning from a nationally recognized team. The position offers hands-on experience across all stages of litigation, as well as meaningful mentorship and professional development.
Candidate Profile
- JD from a top-tier law school with an excellent academic record
- Active Bar Admission in Florida and/or New Jersey, in good standing.
- 5+ years of commercial litigation and products liability experience.
- Completion of a federal or state supreme court judicial clerkship is a plus.
- Prior law firm experience is a plus.
- Strong legal research, writing, and analytical skills, with the ability to draft pleadings, motions, and client communications with minimal supervision.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple matters simultaneously in a fast‑paced environment.
- Sound judgment, strong attention to detail, and a practical, business‑oriented approach to legal issues.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including direct interaction with clients and colleagues.
- Collaborative, team‑oriented mindset with the ability to work independently and take ownership of matters.
- Commitment to professional development and participation in pro bono or community service initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct legal research and draft memoranda, motions, briefs, and other court filings.
- Support attorneys in case development, strategy, and client communications.
- Assist with discovery, including drafting requests and responses, and reviewing evidence.
- Participate in depositions, hearings, mediations and trials, providing support to the litigation team.
- Communicate professionally with clients, opposing counsel, experts and other stakeholders.

Review, organize, and manage case files, pleadings, and supporting documentation to ensure accuracy and compliance with deadlines.

- Competitive Compensation: Annual base salary is expected to range from $180,000-$300,000 depending on experience, qualifications, and market factors.
