Location

Hybrid role based in Philadelphia, PA with up to 2 days per week remote work allowed

Note

This role requires at least 1 year of business immigration experience. Candidates with approximately 6 months of strong, relevant experience may be considered depending on background.

Job Description

  • Handle employment-based immigration matters from intake through filing and approval
  • Draft and manage PERM labor certifications, immigrant visa petitions, and nonimmigrant petitions including H1B, L1, and E visas
  • Conduct legal research and prepare filings for government agencies
  • Communicate directly with corporate clients and individual stakeholders
  • Track deadlines and ensure accurate, timely submissions
  • Review and oversee work prepared by legal assistants
  • Maintain organized digital and physical case files

Qualifications

  • Juris Doctor required
  • Approximately 1 year of business or employment-based immigration experience
  • Strong legal writing, organization, and attention to detail
  • Comfortable managing multiple matters simultaneously
  • PA bar license preferred but not required for federal immigration practice
  • Authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship
