Location: This is a full-time on-site position in Delray Beach, Florida, serving children and families in the surrounding community.
Note: To be considered, you must be a Pediatric Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner or a PMHNP with pediatric experience and the ability to treat children. FNP licensure alone does not qualify for this role.

Job Description
- Provide psychiatric services for children and adolescents in an outpatient behavioral health setting
- Conduct comprehensive psychiatric evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans
- Prescribe and manage medications based on diagnosis, symptoms, and treatment response
- Monitor medication effectiveness, side effects, and overall patient progress
- Perform mental status examinations and clinical assessments
- Educate patients, families, and staff on medications, treatment plans, and psychiatric care
- Collaborate closely with therapists, case managers, families, schools, and other providers
- Provide consultation to staff regarding medication and treatment-related issues
- Complete clinical documentation, reports, evaluations, and required forms
- Review and sign treatment plans and other clinical documentation as needed
- Participate in on-call rotation for additional compensation
- Attend medical staff meetings, quality improvement activities, and other assigned duties
Qualifications
- PMHNP with pediatric population experience required
- 2+ years of directly relevant experience treating pediatric psychiatric patients required
- Must be able to see children; education across the lifespan is strongly preferred
- Strong knowledge of psychiatric medications and child/adolescent development
- Experience with psychiatric evaluation, diagnosis, treatment planning, and medication management
- Knowledge of confidentiality requirements, abuse reporting, client rights, and ethical practice standards
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Permanent U.S. work authorization required
