Associate Attorney
Pay: $110,000.00 - $150,000.00 per year

Location
Las Vegas, Nevada. This is a primarily on-site role with flexibility built in due to court appearances, depositions, and case-related travel. Attorneys have autonomy over their schedules while maintaining a collaborative office presence.
Note
This role requires at least 1+ years of litigation experience. Recent graduates without practical litigation exposure will not be considered.

Job Description
- Represent clients in litigation matters from pre-trial through trial
- Draft pleadings, motions, discovery, and other litigation documents
- Appear in court for hearings, depositions, mediations, and trials
- Conduct legal research and case analysis to support litigation strategy
- Collaborate closely with partners, senior associates, and paralegals
- Participate in case strategy discussions and client communications
Qualifications
- Juris Doctor from an accredited law school
- Active Nevada State Bar admission
- 1+ years of litigation experience
- Experience in medical malpractice and or general liability strongly preferred
- Solid understanding of state and federal court procedures
- Strong legal research, writing, and advocacy skills
