Compensation: $325,000 – $425,000 per year

Responsibilities:
- Deliver comprehensive diagnostic and treatment services for a wide range of neurological disorders, including stroke, epilepsy, multiple sclerosis, Parkinson’s disease, and neuromuscular conditions
- Utilize a unique work structure designed to maximize clinical expertise in an integrated, multidisciplinary healthcare environment
- Conduct and interpret neurological tests such as EEGs, EMGs, and NCVs to facilitate accurate diagnoses and effective treatment plans
- Manage a dedicated patient panel, focusing on long-term neurological health, symptom management, and evidence-based care
- Clinic patients per day: 12-25
- Call Rotation: 1:5
Requirements:
- Board Certified or Board Eligible with a clear plan for certification within a specified timeframe.
- Possession of or eligibility for an unrestricted Indiana Medical License and CSR/DEA registration
- Experience with or aptitude for utilizing EPIC EMR and AI-assisted documentation tools
- Strong interpersonal skills for collaborating with athletic trainers and physical therapists
