Position Overview
Our client is seeking a dynamic sales leader to drive growth across a key Western territory, with a strong emphasis on California and additional reach into surrounding states. This individual will play a pivotal role in expanding market presence, developing new business opportunities, and strengthening long-term partnerships with both customers and distribution channels.
This is a consultative, solutions-oriented role focused on selling technically sophisticated offerings. The ideal candidate brings a strategic mindset, strong business acumen, and the ability to navigate complex sales cycles—from initial engagement through contract execution and beyond.
Key Responsibilities

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, engineering, economics, or a related field.

Proven track record of success in consultative sales, ideally within a technical or engineered solutions environment.

Strong understanding of infrastructure systems and operational environments is highly valued.
