Project Manager – Commercial Waterproofing

Salary: $70,000 – $85,000 base + bonus opportunity

Position Overview

The Project Manager – Commercial Waterproofing oversees commercial waterproofing projects from pre-construction through completion. This role manages field crews, coordinates with general contractors, and ensures projects are delivered safely, on schedule, and within budget.

Key Responsibilities

  • Attend pre-construction meetings and coordinate project startup
  • Manage multiple job sites and field crews
  • Develop daily schedules, manpower plans, and material needs
  • Track crew productivity and project progress
  • Maintain strong communication with general contractors and site supervisors
  • Manage and secure approval for change orders
  • Ensure safety, quality control, and on-time project completion
  • Assist with project documentation and AIA payment applications
  • Conduct crew safety meetings and product training

Qualifications

  • 2–5 years of project management experience in commercial waterproofing or construction
  • Strong knowledge of construction practices and terminology
  • Ability to read blueprints and engineering drawings
  • Experience with estimating software, budgeting, and project tracking
  • Strong communication and organizational skills
  • Valid driver’s license

Education

  • High school diploma required
  • Associate degree or technical training preferred
