Enterprise Sales & Business Development Manager (Fleet/EV - Remote)
Human Capital Ventures is conducting a search on behalf of a publicly traded, high-tech commercial vehicle manufacturer operating at the forefront of electric mobility and sustainable fleet transportation. As the organization advances its next generation of purpose-built commercial vehicles, it is seeking an accomplished enterprise sales professional to identify, pursue, and close strategic opportunities across major medium-duty fleets in North America.
This is a highly visible, hands-on opportunity for a commercially driven hunter who enjoys opening new accounts, influencing C-suite decision-makers, navigating complex organizations, and converting strategic opportunities into long-term revenue. Working closely with the Vice President of Enterprise Sales & Business Development, you will own assigned enterprise accounts and targeted pursuits from initial prospecting through deal development, negotiation, and close.
You will conduct executive-level discovery, develop account strategies, build compelling financial business cases, and coordinate the stakeholders required to move complex opportunities forward. The role will also partner with dealers, body builders, and upfitters to ensure proposed customer solutions are commercially attractive, operationally practical, and scalable. Advanced PowerPoint and Excel skills are essential for developing executive presentations, pricing analyses, financial models, and ROI-based customer proposals.
