Position: Production & Shipping Associate

Location: Cornelius, NC

Schedule: Monday–Friday 8:30am-5:00pm

Availability: Full-time and part-time

What You’ll Do:

●      Complete daily production tasks in a fast-paced, hands-on work environment measured by Key Performance Indicators (KPI’s).

●      Assist with product assembly and packaging.

●      Support the shipping department to ensure orders are packed accurately and shipped on time.

●      Keep materials and work areas clean and organized; assisting with monitoring inventory levels.

●      Receive deliveries and help restock supplies.

●      Work as part of a small, supportive team that values reliability, positivity, and teamwork.
