About the Role

The Director of Human Resources while supervising a staff of 4- will Direct all Employee relations, Labor Relations, Benefits & Compensation, Performance Programs, Strategy & Planning [with President], HRIS, H R - Budgeting.

Preferred Skills

• 10 + years; Manufacturing experience.
• Labor Relations/ Union Negotiations.
• Supervisory skill.
• Skill in leading/developing - Growth plans.
• Multi-State H R experience is a Plus.

Pay range and compensation package

$ 170,000.00 - $ 215,000.00 + 25% Bonus.
