Job Summary
Growing multi-location healthcare organization is seeking an experienced Physician Assistant (PA-C) to join our urgent care clinic in Idaho. This position offers the opportunity to provide high-quality, patient-centered care in a fast-paced clinical setting with strong onsite diagnostic support.
Responsibilities/Qualifications

Evaluate, diagnose, and treat acute illnesses and injuries

Provide urgent care and limited primary care services

Perform minor procedures including laceration repair, splinting, and incision and drainage

Provide occupational medicine services as needed

Interpret onsite radiology and laboratory results.

Graduate of an accredited Physician Assistant program

Certified PA-C

Active Idaho license or eligible for licensure

Minimum 1–2 years of urgent care, emergency, or primary care experience preferred

Ability to practice independently in a high-volume environment

Strong clinical judgment and procedural skills
Compensation
-
Competitive compensation $130,000 to $160,000.
- This position is structured as an independent contractor (1099), offering competitive compensation and greater flexibility in how you manage your income and business expenses.
