Physician Assistant

Job Summary
Growing multi-location healthcare organization is seeking an experienced Physician Assistant (PA-C) to join our urgent care clinic in Idaho. This position offers the opportunity to provide high-quality, patient-centered care in a fast-paced clinical setting with strong onsite diagnostic support.

Responsibilities/Qualifications

• Evaluate, diagnose, and treat acute illnesses and injuries

• Provide urgent care and limited primary care services

• Perform minor procedures including laceration repair, splinting, and incision and drainage

• Provide occupational medicine services as needed

• Interpret onsite radiology and laboratory results.

• Graduate of an accredited Physician Assistant program

• Certified PA-C

• Active Idaho license or eligible for licensure

• Minimum 1–2 years of urgent care, emergency, or primary care experience preferred

• Ability to practice independently in a high-volume environment

• Strong clinical judgment and procedural skills

Compensation

• Competitive compensation $130,000 to $160,000.

• This position is structured as an independent contractor (1099), offering competitive compensation and greater flexibility in how you manage your income and business expenses.
