Position Overview

This strategic role manages the full lifecycle of core product platforms, driving profitability through market research, product development, launch execution, and ongoing optimization while collaborating cross-functionally to meet customer and business objectives.

Core Responsibilities

·      Overseeing product lifecycle decisions including extensions, obsolescence, pricing strategies, and new revenue opportunities.

·      Conducting market research and customer interviews to identify needs and translate them into actionable requirements for engineering.

·      Developing and maintaining product roadmaps in collaboration with engineering and other stakeholders.

·      Creating go-to-market strategies, sales materials, and training programs while positioning products against competitors.

·      Managing product data, configurations, and pricing in internal systems and supporting beta/pilot programs for feedback.

·      Providing technical and commercial support to internal teams while driving quality and continuous improvement initiatives.

Position Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in business, engineering, marketing, or related field (or equivalent experience). Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and strong analytical, presentation, and project-management skills. Experience interpreting technical documents and market data. Travel required for market and customer activities.

Physical Demands and Work Environment

Combination of office, customer, and manufacturing settings with occasional lifting up to 25 lbs. Hybrid flexibility available after initial onboarding. Reasonable accommodations available.
