We’re partnering with a fast-paced, growth-oriented manufacturing organization seeking a highly organized and detail-driven Sales Support Project Coordinator to support both sales and operations. This individual will take ownership of customer projects from initial quote through final delivery—coordinating vendors, managing timelines, and ensuring a seamless customer experience. Responsibilities:
- Manage the full lifecycle of customer projects from RFQ through delivery
- Coordinate and support all sales-related activities, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations
- Source, evaluate, and communicate with vendors to obtain pricing, lead times, and capabilities
- Prepare accurate and competitive quotes by analyzing cost inputs and project requirements
- Negotiate pricing, timelines, and delivery schedules with vendors
- Track and manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring deadlines and deliverables are met
- Maintain consistent communication with internal teams, customers, and vendors
- Schedule and coordinate pickups, deliveries, and production timelines
- Maintain accurate records, documentation, and data within internal systems/ERP
- Proactively identify risks, troubleshoot issues, and implement solutions to keep projects on track
- Build and maintain strong relationships while holding internal and external partners accountable
Requirements:
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication skills with high attention to detail and professionalism
- Proven ability to think critically, solve problems, and make sound decisions
- Self-motivated with a strong sense of ownership and follow-through
- Ability to adapt quickly to changing priorities and shifting deadlines
- Experience in sales support, project coordination, procurement, or manufacturing environments preferred
- Strong negotiation and vendor management skills are a plus
