Overview We are seeking a skilled and hands‑on Senior Accounting Supervisor to lead daily accounting operations and support the continued growth of the finance function. This role combines leadership, process ownership, and collaboration, offering the opportunity to shape accounting practices and strengthen operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

Lead and manage daily accounting operations, including accounts payable, reconciliations, and general ledger activities

Oversee accurate coding, processing, and timely payment of vendor invoices

Manage the month‑end close process, ensuring timely and accurate financial reporting

Review, audit, and process company credit card activity

Identify and implement process improvements and internal controls

Serve as a primary point of contact for vendor inquiries and resolve issues professionally

Partner with existing accounting staff to support development and maintain a collaborative environment

Assist with preparation of company and departmental financial reports

Develop and maintain accounting policies and procedures across departments
Qualifications
-
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or related field

5–8+ years of progressive accounting experience, including ownership of month‑end close
-
Prior supervisory or leadership experience preferred

Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting

Proficiency in Microsoft Office; advanced Excel skills preferred

CPA or CPA‑track strongly preferred

Exceptional accuracy, attention to detail, and organizational skills

Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities

Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with team members
