Job Title: Project Manager- Equipment

Professional Summary Manage engineered-to-order process equipment projects from contract award through commissioning. Coordinate cross-functional teams, customer deliverables, procurement activities, manufacturing operations, and installation schedules while ensuring projects are completed on time and within budget. 

Key Responsibilities

• Lead equipment projects through all project lifecycle phases including kickoff, design reviews, procurement, fabrication, testing, and commissioning.
• Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, risk assessments, and customer deliverables.
• Coordinate engineering, purchasing, fabrication, controls integration, and quality assurance activities.
• Manage procurement and delivery schedules for long-lead equipment including pumps, fans, instrumentation, controls, and process components.
• Facilitate customer design reviews and approval processes for P&IDs, equipment layouts, specifications, and technical documentation.
• Monitor project milestones and provide regular status updates to customers and leadership.
• Address technical issues, schedule risks, and resource constraints to maintain project objectives.
• Ensure compliance with project specifications, safety standards, and quality requirements.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of project management experience supporting engineered-to-order equipment or industrial manufacturing projects.
• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Chemical Engineering, or related technical discipline preferred.
• Experience with process equipment, air pollution control systems, industrial ventilation, or chemical processing equipment preferred.
• Knowledge of P&IDs, process design documentation, and industrial manufacturing practices.
• Strong leadership, communication, and customer relationship management skills.
