Location: Swartz Creek, MI
Schedule: Monday – Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Pay: $15 – $17 per hour (based on experience)
About the Role:
We are seeking a reliable and personable Customer Service Representative to join our insurance agency. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for clients, handling incoming calls, assisting with documentation, and supporting the agency owner in day-to-day operations. An active insurance license is a plus but not required—training is available for the right candidate.
Key Responsibilities:

Answer incoming phone calls and respond to customer inquiries promptly and professionally

Assist clients with completing forms and necessary documentation

Process and organize client files and records

Provide administrative support to the agency owner

Follow up with clients as needed regarding policies, payments, and renewals

Maintain a friendly, professional, and client-focused environment
Qualifications:
- A P&C or Life & Health insurance license is required; testing expenses will be reimbursed for those obtaining their license.

Strong communication and organizational skills

Proficiency in Microsoft Office and basic computer functions

Attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced setting
