Professional Summary Lead daily manufacturing and fabrication operations within a production environment. Supervise personnel, manage workflow, ensure quality standards, maintain safety compliance, and drive on-time completion of production schedules. 

Key Responsibilities

• Direct daily shop floor operations and assign work based on production schedules and project priorities.
• Supervise fabricators, welders, assemblers, and production personnel to ensure productivity and quality standards.
• Train, coach, and cross-train employees to improve workforce versatility and performance.
• Collaborate with engineering and project teams to resolve manufacturing issues and clarify technical requirements.
• Identify and communicate drawing discrepancies and manufacturing concerns prior to production.
• Maintain compliance with safety policies, quality procedures, and housekeeping standards.
• Monitor production performance, track rework, and implement continuous improvement initiatives.
• Coordinate maintenance of tools, equipment, and shop resources.
• Support quality inspections, shipping activities, and final product verification.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of fabrication or manufacturing experience with at least 2 years in a leadership or supervisory role.
• Ability to read and interpret mechanical drawings, BOMs, and manufacturing documentation.
• Experience within engineered-to-order manufacturing, custom fabrication, or job-shop environments.
• Knowledge of welding, metal fabrication, assembly, and production processes.
• Strong leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills.
