POSITION OVERVIEW:

Our Client, is seeking a dedicated Custodian to join our team. The Custodian will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and hygiene standards within our facility. This role involves various cleaning tasks including sweeping, mopping, trash disposal, bathroom cleaning, dusting, and table wiping. The ideal candidate should be detail-oriented and able to work independently to ensure all areas are kept tidy and presentable.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Sweep and mop floors
• Empty trash receptacles and dispose of waste
• Clean and sanitize bathrooms
• Dust surfaces and wipe down tables
• Use backpack vacuum for carpeted areas
• Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and report shortages
• Other duties as assigned

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Proven experience in custodial or janitorial work preferred
• Ability to lift up to 40 pounds
• Familiarity with cleaning chemicals and equipment
• Reliable transportation to and from work
• Strong attention to detail and time management skills

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:

• Must be able to lift and move up to 25 pounds at times.
• Travel may be required up to 10% of the time.
