NOW HIRING: General Laborers

Pay: $18.00 per hour

We are seeking dependable and hardworking General Laborers to join our team. This position is ideal for individuals who enjoy physical work, working outdoors and in a team environment, and are willing to work overtime.

Schedule

• Monday – Friday
• Typical workday: 5:30/6:00 AM – 4:00/5:00 PM
• Schedule includes windshield (travel) time
• Overtime is expected and available

Job Responsibilities

• Assist with the installation and assembly of metal building components
• Load, unload, and move materials, tools, and equipment
• Use hand and power tools safely and efficiently
• Follow directions from supervisors and crew leaders
• Maintain a clean and organized work area
• Follow all company safety procedures and PPE requirements
• Perform other general labor duties as assigned

Requirements

• Clean background required
• Must be physically fit and able to perform strenuous labor throughout the day
• Ability to lift 50+ lbs. repeatedly
• Comfortable working outdoors in varying weather conditions
• Reliable transportation and dependable attendance
• Spanish-speaking only applicants are welcome
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) applicants are encouraged to apply
