Now Hiring: Shipping & Receiving Associate 

Monday - Friday 8am-5pm $18/hr

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Shipping & Receiving Associate to manage the daily flow of incoming and outgoing materials. This role is responsible for loading, unloading, inspecting, storing, and distributing products, as well as preparing shipments for delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

• Receive and inspect incoming merchandise and supplies
• Prepare, package, and label products for shipment to customers
• Coordinate with carriers and schedule pickups
• Maintain organized and accurate finished goods inventory
• Ensure adequate shipping materials and supplies are always available
• Operate a forklift safely and efficiently
• Perform local pickups and deliveries as needed
• Follow supervisor direction and complete assigned tasks
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent required
• 1–3 years of experience in manufacturing, warehouse, or operations preferred
• Ability to read and follow instructions and standard operating procedures
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
• Excellent communication skills (verbal and written)
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Valid driver’s license with a good driving record required

Physical Requirements:

• Ability to sit, stand, and move throughout the shift
• Must be able to lift and/or move up to 50 lbs
• Requires close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and focus
• Must wear safety or prescription glasses while in the shop
