📦 What You’ll Be Doing

• Receive and verify incoming shipments against packing slips
• Move materials efficiently throughout the warehouse & production areas
• Pull and stage orders for sales and production teams
• Prepare, package, and label shipments based on company & customer requirements
• Coordinate shipping carriers (UPS, FedEx, SAIA, hotshot couriers)
• Assist with inventory control, cycle counts, and maintaining accuracy
• Load/unload trucks and help keep operations running smoothly
• Support shipping documentation, RMAs, and warehouse organization

✅ What We’re Looking For

• At least 1 year of shipping & receiving experience
• Forklift certified 🚜
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Basic computer skills (Microsoft Word & Excel)
• Ability to learn or experience with MRP systems (Glovia is a plus!)
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record (must be 21+)
• Team player with solid communication skills

💪 Work Environment & Physical Requirements

• Lift up to 50 lbs
• Frequent standing, bending, and movement
• Work in a non-climate-controlled warehouse
• Comfortable using scanners, printers, and warehouse equipment
