Now Hiring: Welder (Stick, MIG & TIG)
📍 Location: Fort Worth, TX
🕒 Shift: 2nd Shift (Monday – Friday, 2:00 PM – 10:00 PM)
💲 Pay Rate: $19.00 per hour

Always There Personnel is currently seeking an experienced Welder for a manufacturing facility in Fort Worth. This position requires strong experience in Stick welding (primary focus), MIG, and TIG welding within a manufacturing setting.

🔧 Position Summary

The Welder is responsible for performing welding and fabrication tasks to support production operations. The ideal candidate is dependable, safety-focused, detail-oriented, and committed to producing high-quality work in a fast-paced industrial environment.

🛠 Essential Duties & Responsibilities

General Duties:

• Perform Stick, MIG, and TIG welding according to company standards and safety procedures

• Maintain a clean and organized work area

• Follow written and verbal instructions carefully

Specific Duties:

• Cut plates for trimmers according to specifications

• Gouge dies for re-sinking and repair

• Weld dies to required standards

• Operate a forklift as needed

• Perform additional duties as assigned by supervisor

✅ Minimum Qualifications

• Prior welding experience required

• Must have Stick, MIG, and TIG welding experience (heavy Stick welding required)

• Must have experience in a manufacturing environment

• Forklift experience required

• Ability to read and write in English

• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality

• Ability to stand for extended periods

• Ability to lift and move materials as needed

• Must follow all safety guidelines and wear required PPE
