Position Title: Welder
Location: Fort Worth, TX
Shift: 2nd Shift (Monday – Friday, 2:00 PM – 10:00 PM)
Pay Rate: $19.00 per hour

Position Summary

The Welder is responsible for performing welding and fabrication tasks to support production operations. This role requires experience in welding, the ability to operate a forklift, and the capability to follow written and verbal instructions. The ideal candidate is reliable, safety-focused, and committed to producing quality work.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

General Duties:

• Perform welding tasks in accordance with company standards and safety procedures

• Maintain a clean and organized work area

Specific Duties:

• Cut plates for trimmers according to specifications

• Gouge dies for re-sinking and repair

• Weld dies to required standards

• Perform related duties as assigned by the supervisor

Minimum Qualifications

• Prior welding experience required

• Ability to operate a forklift

• Ability to read and write in English

• Strong attention to detail and quality

Work Environment & Physical Requirements

• Ability to stand for extended periods

• Ability to lift and move materials as required

• Work in an industrial manufacturing environment

• Must follow all safety guidelines and wear required PPE
