We are seeking a professional, reliable, and personable Front Desk Receptionist to support our office. This individual will serve as the first point of contact for visitors, interviewees, and employees, assist with daily front-office operations, and provide light administrative support to the HR team. This part-time opportunity offers potential for full-time conversion based on performance and fit.
Front Desk Receptionist (Part-Time) – 1035 Meacham Blvd, Fort Worth TX 76106
- Monday – Wednesday
- 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM (1-hour lunch break)
This assignment is temporary but may convert to a full-time position based on performance and fit.
Job Requirements
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) – Required
- Minimum 1 year of receptionist or customer service experience in a fast-paced office setting
- Strong reliability, and excellent attendance
- Discretion with confidential information
- Outgoing, professional, and friendly with strong communication skills
- Must be a team player with the ability to multi-task
- Quick learner who can adapt in an industrial office environment
Job Responsibilities
- Greet and assist visitors, clients, employees, and interviewees in a professional manner
- Sign in interviewees and visitors and maintain visitor logs
- Notify stakeholders—including management, HR, and relevant staff—of interview, client, or visitor arrivals
- Answering and directing incoming calls courteously and efficiently
- Assisting with customer and employee inquiries
- Receive and distribute incoming mail; prepare and send outgoing mail
- Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming front desk area
- Maintain an adequate inventory of office supplies.
- Support the HR team
- Upload and save documents to the HRIS
- Assist with new hires onboarding.
- Additional duties as needed.
