DIE MAN – METAL MANUFACTURING

🏭 Full-Time | Mon-Fri, 8-5pm

Job Duties

• Set up, maintain, and repair forging dies and tooling.
• Install and remove dies from production equipment.
• Inspect dies for wear, damage, and proper alignment.
• Make adjustments and minor repairs as needed.
• Use hand tools, power tools, and measuring equipment.
• Work closely with forging and production operators.
• Troubleshoot die and tooling issues to minimize downtime.
• Maintain a clean and safe work area.
• Follow all safety and quality procedures.

Requirements

• Previous die-setting or die-maintenance experience preferred.
• Metal manufacturing, forging, or machining experience is a plus.
• Experience with hand and power tools.
• Ability to read measurements and follow specifications.
• Strong mechanical and troubleshooting skills.
• Comfortable working around heavy machinery and in a hot manufacturing environment.
• Reliable attendance and strong work ethic.
