Job Title: General Laborer – Fabrication Shop

Location: Fort Worth, TX
Job Type: Full-Time

Shift: 

o 1st shift: Monday – Friday, 6am – 2:30pm

o 2nd shift: Monday – Thursday, 3:30pm – 2:00am

Position Summary:
We are currently hiring motivated and dependable General Laborers to support operations in a fast-paced fabrication shop environment. This role is essential in maintaining productivity, quality standards, and meeting customer expectations. The ideal candidate is a hardworking team player with a strong attention to detail and a commitment to safety.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist department leads and supervisors with daily operations
• Follow instructions and complete tasks efficiently
• Operate hand and power tools (grinders, impacts, wrenches, etc.)
• Read and use measuring devices such as tape measures
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
• Support production and fabrication processes
• Perform additional duties as assigned

Requirements:

• Ability to read and understand a tape measure
• Experience operating grinders and power tools
• Previous experience in an industrial or manufacturing environment preferred
• Strong work ethic with reliable attendance
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment

Physical Requirements:

• Ability to lift up to 100 lbs
• Stand for extended periods of time
• Frequent bending, kneeling, and stooping
• Ability to work in a shop environment with noise, dust, and other elements
