NOW HIRING – POWDER COATERS

📍 North Fort Worth, TX

💵 Pay: $17.00–$19.00/hr (Based on Experience)

🕒 Available Shifts:
• 2nd Shift: 1:00 PM – 9:30 PM
• 3rd Shift: 9:00 PM – 5:30 AM
• Monday–Friday, with some Saturdays as needed

Requirements:
• Minimum 6–12 months of powder coating experience preferred
• Previous experience in an industrial manufacturing environment preferred
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
• Demonstrated reliability, punctuality, and strong work ethic
• Ability to lift 50–100 lbs.
• Ability to work in a shop environment with exposure to noise, dust, odors, and chemicals

Job Responsibilities:
• Apply powder coating to metal parts according to customer specifications and required mil thickness ranges
• Prepare parts for coating, including hanging, masking, and inspecting materials
• Monitor coating quality, coverage, and thickness to ensure standards are met
• Inspect finished products for quality and compliance with customer requirements
• Assist with daily production and operational tasks
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
• Follow all company safety procedures and production standards
• Perform other duties as assigned by management
