Location: Blum, Texas
Schedule: 2nd and 3rd shift
Pay: $17.50 for 2nd shift and $18.50 for 3rd shift

✨ What You’ll Do
As a Production Energetics Associate, you'll play a key role in daily production operations, including:

Operating assembly lines to meet production goals

Packaging semi-finished and final products
-
Performing quality assurance checks to ensure top-tier standards
-
Safely preparing and handling hazardous materials
-
Recording accurate production data
-
Conducting routine equipment and product inspections
-
Following all Standard Operating Procedures
-
Using computers and Microsoft Office programs for documentation and communication
-
Utilizing office equipment (fax, copier, phones, postage meter)
-
Maintaining a clean and organized workspace
-
Supporting other assigned tasks as needed
✔ What We’re Looking For
We want someone who is reliable, safety-driven, and eager to learn. You should bring:

Ability to read and follow safety rules, manuals, and written instructions

Strong communication skills (written and verbal)

Ability to operate hand tools and powered hand tools
-
Basic computer knowledge (Microsoft Office, email, internet)

Ability to use office equipment (fax, telephone, copier, postage meter)
-
Solid math skills: addition/subtraction, multiplication/division with 10s & 100s, and ability to calculate using fractions/decimals

Strong problem-solving skills and ability to follow written, verbal, or diagrammed instructions

Ability to work through standardized problems with multiple variables

Willingness to learn how to operate an overhead crane and forklift

Ability to pass an ATF clearance check
🎓 Education & Experience
-
High school diploma or GED required
-
Courses in Industrial Arts or Trade School (mechanical/welding) are a plus

0–2 years of experience welcomed — we’re willing to train!
