Grinder Supervisor

📍 Location: Fort Worth, TX

We are looking for an experienced Grinding Department Supervisor to lead production operations, supervise employees, maintain quality standards, and ensure production goals are met.

pay 60k yearly

Requirements:

• Minimum 5 years of manufacturing or production leadership experience

• High school diploma or GED required

• Experience with forging and manufacturing processes preferred

• Knowledge of ERP systems, Microsoft Office, and production metrics

• Ability to read and interpret prints, reports, and work instructions

• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills

• Knowledge of workplace safety regulations

• Must be available to work weekends and some holidays

• Must meet the position's U.S. person requirement

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily production schedules and department workflow

• Train, supervise, and assign tasks to employees

• Monitor equipment and coordinate maintenance

• Enforce safety and quality standards

• Improve production efficiency and productivity

• Communicate production updates and report potential delays
