Job Title: General Restoration Supervisor

Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced and dependable General Restoration Supervisor to oversee restoration projects and lead field crews. This role is responsible for managing day-to-day operations on job sites, ensuring projects are completed safely, efficiently, and to high-quality standards. The ideal candidate has strong leadership skills, hands-on restoration experience, and the ability to coordinate multiple projects.

Responsibilities:

• Supervise and lead restoration crews on job sites
• Oversee water, fire, mold, and storm damage restoration projects
• Ensure all work is completed in compliance with safety regulations and company standards
• Monitor project timelines and ensure deadlines are met
• Train and mentor team members
• Go getter
• Communicate with clients, adjusters, and management
• Inspect completed work to ensure quality and customer satisfaction
• Maintain equipment and ensure proper usage

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in restoration (water, fire, mold, etc.)
• Supervisory or leadership experience required
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Ability to work in fast-paced and physically demanding environments
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
• IICRC certifications are a plus

Physical Requirements:

• Ability to lift 50+ lbs
• Ability to stand, bend, and work in various environments
