Always There Personnel is seeking a reliable and experienced Filter Operator / Processing Technician for a fast-paced food production environment.

🔧 Position Summary:
This role involves handling and processing raw materials used in food production. The ideal candidate will ensure safe work practices, maintain product quality, and follow all GMP and SQF food safety standards to protect employees, equipment, and product integrity.

⚙️ Key Responsibilities:
✔ Process raw materials through press and/or sock filtration systems
✔ Monitor pressure gauges, heating and cooling systems
✔ Maintain product segregation and quality standards
✔ Collect samples for QA testing throughout production
✔ Fill and document bulk containers for shipment
✔ Maintain clean, organized, and safe work areas
✔ Follow all safety, GMP, and SQF procedures
✔ Communicate all safety or quality concerns to management
✔ Work independently with minimal supervision

🧠 Requirements:

• High School Diploma or GED required
• 2+ years in a high-speed manufacturing environment
• 1+ year food processing experience (liquid fill preferred)
• Basic math, reading, and writing skills
• Ability to follow verbal and written instructions
• Strong mechanical aptitude and attention to detail

🔩 Preferred Experience (Not Required):

• Forklift or powered equipment operation
• Knowledge of pumps, valves, piping, and tank systems
• Experience with filtration systems (press, bag, or similar)
• Exposure to boilers, heat exchangers, or industrial liquid systems

🕒 Schedule:
Flexible shifts required
Start times as early as 3:00 AM
Core hours: 6:00 AM – 3:00 PM
Overtime and weekend work as needed

This is a critical production role where accuracy, safety, and reliability are essential to daily operations.
