Assembler / Test Technician II

Pay: $19–$20 per hour (DOE)
Schedule: Day Shift | Monday–Friday | 5:00 AM – 1:30 PM
Location: Arlington, TX

We are seeking a skilled Assembler / Test Technician II to support the assembly and testing of large, heavy steel components in a manufacturing environment. This role is ideal for someone with a strong mechanical background who thrives in a hands-on, safety-focused setting.

What You’ll Do:

• Safely assemble and handle large, heavy components and equipment
• Operate tools and machinery including:
  • Manual & pneumatic hand tools
  • Hydraulic torque wrenches & tensioning devices
  • Hydraulic presses
  • Overhead cranes & forklifts
• Assist with mechanical testing and installation of test equipment
• Read and interpret blueprints and mechanical drawings
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
• Coordinate with team members to meet production and shipping deadlines
• Travel occasionally for field work (onshore/offshore) as needed

What You Bring:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• 2–4 years of heavy equipment assembly or oilfield/manufacturing experience
• Hands-on experience with hydraulic tools and heavy lift equipment
• Ability to read and follow technical drawings and procedures
• Strong mechanical aptitude and basic math skills
• Solid communication and teamwork skills
• Proven commitment to safety

Physical Requirements:

• Ability to work 8–12 hour physically demanding shifts
• Frequent lifting up to 50 lbs; occasional lifting of 75–100 lbs with assistance
• Prolonged standing, bending, and working in various weather conditions
