Job Duties

• Lead and direct daily production activities.
• Supervise and support production employees.
• Assign work and monitor productivity.
• Train employees on equipment, processes, and safety procedures.
• Ensure production goals and quality standards are met.
• Troubleshoot production and equipment issues.
• Inspect finished products for quality and accuracy.
• Maintain a safe, clean, and organized work area.
• Communicate production updates and concerns to management.
• Assist with hands-on production duties as needed.

Requirements

• Previous leadership experience in metal manufacturing preferred.
• Strong knowledge of manufacturing processes and equipment.
• Ability to lead and motivate a production team.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Safety-conscious and detail-oriented.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, physically demanding environment.
• Reliable attendance and strong work ethic.
