🕗 Monday – Friday | 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM

We are currently seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Shipping Assistant with forklift experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in shipping and receiving, inventory management, customer communication, and warehouse systems.

Responsibilities:

✔ Process incoming and outgoing shipments
✔ Verify order accuracy and inventory counts
✔ Prepare shipping documentation and maintain records
✔ Communicate with customers regarding orders and shipment status
✔ Assist with inventory control and cycle counts
✔ Load, unload, and move materials using a forklift
✔ Ensure orders are shipped accurately and on time
✔ Work closely with warehouse and office staff to support daily operations

Requirements:

✔ Previous Shipping & Receiving experience required
✔ Forklift experience required
✔ Experience with ERP systems required
✔ Experience with WMS (Warehouse Management Systems) 
✔ SAP and AS400 experience
✔ Strong computer and data entry skills
✔ Ability to count accurately and maintain inventory records
✔ Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills
✔ Bilingual (English/Spanish) MUST 
✔ Must be detail-oriented, dependable, and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment
