NOW HIRING: CNC Laser Operator

Shifts Available (Monday–Thursday):

• 1st Shift: 5:00 AM – 5:00 PM

• 2nd Shift: 5 PM – 5:00 AM

Pay Rate:
💲 $17.50 – $18.50 per hour (DOE)

Position Summary

The Laser Operator is responsible for cutting various metal stock using CNC laser equipment while meeting or exceeding customer specifications and productivity standards. This role requires strong attention to detail, the ability to read blueprints, and a commitment to maintaining a safe and clean work environment.

Requirements

• Minimum1 year of experience operating laser equipment

• Experience operating TruLaser (Fiber / CO₂) machines preferred

• Good manual dexterity and mechanical aptitude

• Ability to read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and routers

• Basic math skills required

• Ability to plan sequences of operations and ensure precision

• Must be able to adjust laser beam focal point and machine setup

• Strong attention to detail and ability to monitor machines at all times

Responsibilities

• Operate CNC laser machines to cut metal parts accurately

• Review blueprints and job specifications prior to production

• Set up and adjust laser equipment as required

• Monitor machine performance and ensure quality standards are met

• Complete assignments accurately and on time

• Maintain a clean and organized work area

• Follow all safety and quality procedures
