Shift B: 6:00 AM – 6:00 PM| Workdays: Wednesday-Saturday Off Days: Sunday-Tuesday

Customer service experience
Strong Microsoft Office & Outlook skills
Excellent phone and people skills – professional and confident with customers
Self-motivated and able to multitask
Reliable transportation
- AS400 experience is a plus
- WMS experience needed
- Inventory or material handling
Experience unmatched efficiency with our expert logistics coordination services. Operating across 7–8 systems daily, including 6+ WMS platforms (Oracle-based), Excel, online portals, email, and phone systems, we manage every detail with precision.
High-Volume Load Scheduling:

Handle 150–300 appointments weekly

Assign dock doors & track activity via Dock Tracker

Ensure timely driver check-in/out and load tracking
Order & Inventory Accuracy:
-
Monitor order closures across customer systems

Maintain daily inventory accuracy across accounts

Support multiple customers and product lines at once
Email & Communication Management:
-
Respond to ~150 emails per12-hour shift
-
Manage scheduling, load issues, product holds, international shipping & more
Load Coordination Excellence:
-
Oversee ~200 daily loads, managing half per shift

Act as the shift’s control center, supporting ground freight and port container shipments
