CNC (Machinist / Operator)

🚨 NOW HIRING: MILL/CNC OPERATOR 🚨

📍 Location: Fort Worth, TX
💰 Pay: $21/hr+ Based on Experience
🕐 Schedule: Full-Time

Always There Personnel is currently hiring a Mill/CNC Operator to join a manufacturing and engineering team. We are looking for someone who is mechanically inclined, detail-oriented, and comfortable operating and setting up milling equipment.

🔧 Job Responsibilities

• Set up and operate milling machines according to job specifications
• Select appropriate tooling and configure machine settings
• Perform test runs and make adjustments as needed
• Monitor machine operations to ensure accuracy and quality
• Inspect finished products for defects and proper specifications
• Load and unload materials from milling equipment
• Record production information, material usage, and operational data
• Follow all safety procedures and environmental regulations
• Maintain a clean and organized work area

✅ Requirements

• CNC/milling experience preferred
• Experience with forging, forging tooling, or tooling design is a plus
• Aerospace manufacturing experience strongly preferred
• Ability to read and follow work instructions and SOPs
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
• Good communication skills and ability to work with management
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Basic math skills
• Experience using measuring tools such as:
  • Calipers
  • Micrometers
  • Height gauges
  • Tape measures

💪 Physical Requirements

• Ability to occasionally lift and move up to 40 lbs.
• Must be able to perform close, distance, peripheral, and depth vision tasks
• Safety glasses or prescription safety glasses are required while working in the shop
