Verify, Create, and Maintain Department schedule for Fabrication Team.

Verify work is performed well per Company Standards.

Track Employee's production and quality of work performed.

Verify and maintain maintenance schedule of equipment.

Work with our Engineering team to develop improvements in our design to manufacture processes.

Increase Accuracy, Organization, and Efficiancy on manufactured products produced.

Work with other Department Managers and Scheduling to Verify products flow throughout our manufacturing facility

Qualifications

Sheet Metal Fabrication experience of at least 5 years.

Strong leadership and organizational skills. 

Previous experience in management role

Experience in reading shop drawings and manufacturing processes.

Experience in working with manufacturing equipment: Saws, Brake Presses, Turret Presses, Welding.

Strong verbal and written communication skills.
