🕒 Shift Schedule:
Training Period (Approx. 3 Months):
Monday – Thursday | 5:00 AM – 3:00 PM

Permanent Night Shift:
Monday – Thursday | 2:45 PM – 12:45 AM

🔧 Position Overview
We are seeking a dependable and mechanically inclined Rubber Press Operator to join a growing manufacturing operation. This role is responsible for setting up, operating, and monitoring production press equipment to produce high-quality components while maintaining safety and efficiency standards.

✅ Key Responsibilities:
• Set up and operate production press equipment
• Monitor machine performance and make adjustments as needed
• Inspect finished products to ensure quality standards are met
• Read and follow work instructions, production orders, and blueprints
• Use measuring tools such as tape measures, calipers, and gauges
• Perform routine machine maintenance, lubrication, and cleaning
• Troubleshoot production issues and communicate equipment concerns
• Maintain accurate production and quality documentation
• Load and position materials safely and efficiently
• Keep work areas clean, organized, and safe

🎯 Qualifications:
• High School Diploma or GED required
• Ability to read tape measures, calipers, and gauges
• Strong attention to detail and quality
• Basic mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills
• Reliable attendance and strong work ethic
• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions

⭐ Preferred Experience:
• Manufacturing or production experience
• Machine operation or press operation experience
• Hydraulic, mechanical, or punch press experience
• Industrial or fabrication environment experience
• Forklift experience or willingness to become certified

💪 Physical Requirements:
• Stand and walk for extended periods
• Lift and move molds weighing up to 50 lbs.
• Perform repetitive movements, bending, stooping, kneeling, and reaching
• Work in a non-climate-controlled manufacturing environment
• Comfortable working around machinery, noise, and varying temperatures
